Dined 14 November 2007. Never more than 5 in the establishment. Only two people dined i.e ourselves. Place was cold and uninviting with no fires in fireplaces. Meals arrived. One hot, one cold (a club sandwich). I asked that it be taken back and received a hot replacement. A "sorry about that" was muttered. Meanwhile my wife had nearly finished her meal so in a way we dined separately. We couldn't wait to leave. At this stage the owners could have tried to retrieve the situation e.g. a discount or voucher however no attempt was made. When we last visited some 4 months ago we had a terrific meal and the place was vibrant. What's happened? Won't ever be going back again and has been crossed off my company's Christams venue. Sad. I'll give them another 12 months at which ti e I expect a change of ownership or closure
