The Fighting Cocks local shop, is adjacent to the pub and opens daily at 7am for fresh milk from Mawley Farm, just up the road...as well as daily papers, local fruit and veg (except the bananas!), chutneys, pickles, local honey from the Beez Kneez, and other daily essentials, like chocolate from Montezuma's
Pub food cooked in the kitchen is also served to take-away, like Sandra's pies, sausages, and 'ready meals' to cook at home. Also serving local meats, veg, milk, papers, and all your essentials. As you can see Hannah certainly knows her onions when it comes to serving the regular customers, and passing walkers.
