All the ingredients on the menus at The King and Thai are raw from selected suppliers, direct from Thailand, even the fresh orchids on the tables.
The meats are from local butcher - with the chicken being sourced from local suppliers, with free range woodland eggs. The beef, and the pork is from Simon Gibbons butchers in Broseley, all beef is 28 day aged. Selecting, and serving only the finest cuts, the King and Thai can assure that every ingredient is ethically sourced, and served with perfection.
Even the eggs are woodland free range, and the vegetables from the surrounding area.
Fish is sourced weekly from Birmingham fish markets, with specials offered daily, and the main menu can be viewed above. "Our food is fresh, so when it is gone, it is gone...." with their Friday Fish Nights often booking up in adance!
