The meats are from Shropshire - with the chicken being sourced from free range farms. The beef, and the pork is from Admaston, and all is accredited by the RSPCA. Selecting, and serving only the finest cuts, the King and Thai can assure that every ingredient is ethically sourced, and served with perfection.
Even the eggs are barn fresh, and the vegetables from the surrounding area. - many purchased from Greenfields organic farm shop near Telford. Visit them here
Fish is sourced weekly from Birmingham fish markets, with specials offered daily, and the main menu can be viewed above. Our food is fresh, so when it is gone, it is gone....
