The Bringewood has now been open since June 2006, and is a unique restaurant with rooms, set on a hillside overlooking the Tene Valley, Shropshire
The Bringewood was a Victorian cattle shed, but has been renovated to a high standard and consideration has been taken to blend the traditional with modern decor. The location is off the beaten track, which makes for a unique & truly idyllic setting, providing a place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Set in 250 acres of Unspoilt English countryside, The Bringewood has the most stunning views into North Herefordshire and Mid-Wales. On a beautiful clear, sunny day you can see far into the distance, whilst enjoying the sun terrace with food or wine.
The restaurant provides high quality foods from local produce and meats. The Bringewood has its own source of vegetables (From Neil’s Garden, located opposite The Bringewood) and uses the farms own Lamb, venison, rabbit, pheasant & pigeon to produce quality modern British cuisine.
Head Chef James Moss, provides a fine dining experience, which has been noted by top reviews in local papers. James uses only the best ingredients and he produces all meals, desserts & breads on site.
