Have not been for about 2 months but, our last visit was as good as always. The owner is normally on the scene and makes everyone welcome; the staff are quick, attentive and always manage a smile. The food is excellent and is matched by good wine. For people who have to travel about 32 miles to get to Shrewsbury, it is a pleasure to sit and look at the River Severn, from graceful surroundings while enjoying a first class lunch.
